The room was ok, however 2 of our group had to sleep on sunbeds, not real beds. The bathroom was smelly and our toilet didn't flush properly.
The pool is nice and quite big.
As far as the owners go - the mother is difficult to negotiate with - her son is much more helpful.
Location wise - it's about 15mins walk to perissa beach and 50m to the bus stop with frequent buses in to Fira.

Built in the style of a small village, Hotel Perissa offers traditional hospitality and friendly service. Each of the spacious rooms has a private balcony overlooking the sea and is fully equipped with modern amenities. The rooms have also been soundproofed to ensure the comfort of guests.

There is a car and motorbike rental service available at the hotel for guests who want to explore the magnificent island of Santorini further. A bus stop is located just 50 metres from the hotel, for guests who prefer to use public transport around the island.

Night life is well catered for, with many bars and restaurants along the beach front. Babysitting services are available through the hotel, for parents wishing to enjoy some quality time alone.

At the pool bar we can give you some information about the island and recommend you the best places to visit.

The breakfast hall its open until 14:00 after your big night do not think to wake up early to get some breakfast! You can have your drink from the pool bar and relax at the swimming pool during the day

The trasfer to the hotel is free. So please call us or e-mail us one day before your arrival to tell us the name of your boat or the number of your flight and the time of your arrival so we come to pick you up.
