Villa Voula is located in the centre of Perissa. The distance from the central shops, bakeries, tavernas, laundry, post office, ATM, bus stop etc is no more than 200 m.

The villa is 150m from the long Perissa beach famous for the infinite black sand, with possibilities of diving and various water sports. Many restaurants, cocktail bars, clubs and shops are all around Perissa beach.

The hotel facilities include reception lobby, TV room, public area A/C, free parking, swimming pool with pool bar and jacuzzi.

Standard rooms have satellite TV, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe box, kitchen and balcony with the view to the mountain or the garden. Studios & apartments have air conditioning included. Standard rooms A/C is extra.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Cancellation policy:
In the low season, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a one night fee.
In July, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a one night fee.
In August, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the arrival date. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full stay will be charged.
For early departures in July and August, one night will be charged.

Child policy:
Children from 0 to 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents. Free cots are also available.
Children from 4 to 12 years old pay 50% of the per person rate.
