K - apartments and rooms are situated in one of the most attractive parts of Dubrovnik,the peninsula of Lapad.

To the closest beach 2-3 minutes walk. The old town in walking distance about 30 minutes, by bus 10 minutes.

Dubrovnik has always fascinated visitors with its eventful history, monuments of art and architecture, cultural traditions, diversity of natural landscapes and - most notably - the hospitality of its people.

K-apartments located in Lapad, one of the most popular parts of Dubrovnik.

Lapad is a residential suburb of Dubrovnik that lies about 3km northwest of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants.

Near the 10 minute walk away, walk a lot of well-known restaurants, cafes, tennis court, a shopping centre with its boutiques, post office and bank.

The closest you come to the beach 5 minutes walk away, but you have a great selection of beaches. The Old Town will come and walk for 25 minutes, or a local bus for 10-15 minutes.

The bus stop for local bus is 10 minutes away from the apartments.

Consists of a 1 bedroom for 2 people (bed can be a double or twin), kitchen / living room with sofa for 2 persons, bath (shower), TV, air conditioning, balcony, parking place.

As needed in a bedroom can add a cot for a child.

Consists of a bedroom for 2 people (bed can be a double or twin), kitchen / living room, bath (shower), TV, air conditioning, parking.

If necessary may be in the bedroom add a cot for a child.

APARTMENT A3: (R2)

Is room for 2 people (bed can be a double or twin) with bath (shower), TV, air conditioning, fridge, parking place.

The room has a window and not a balcony.

APARTMENT A4: (A2+2)

For 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (double and child), kitchen / living room with sofom for 1 or two persons, spa (shower), TV, air conditioning, terrace and parking place.

We are located in peninsula Lapad above Hotel Komodor on adress Ivanska 20. If You are coming from direction of main port/main bus station the best is to take local bus number 1 to Old Town and then take bus number 4 and last station to get out from bus is station before Hotel Komodor. Also if you like we can arrange transportation for you and airport-pick up also.
