The rooms Minčeta is located at only 40m from the entrance to the Old town.The beautiful town beach 'Banje' is situated only 50m from the rooms.One room(first) has a special bathroom and a view to the city walls, a fortress 'Minčeta'.Location is exceptional because the proximity of the Old Town, beaches, restaurants, cafes and night clubs.The room have one double bad and one individual bed,air condition,satellite tv,sat,hifi device,washing machine...We offer a breakfast and you can use the kitchen too!We can offer you also service of transfer that you can get on request!Other room has one double bed and one extra bed with private bathroom. Accommodation is not big, consists of one room (approx. 5 x 5 m) and a small bathroom - big enough for 2 adults (possibly with one child) - and is located on the 4th floor (after a long and tiring day out climbing up the stairs can be a bit of a challange). Breakfasts were served in the kitchen which is shared with two other rooms. Accommodation was clean. There was air con. The lady owner was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was easy going and informal. We had our own keys. As the accommodation is just outside the Ploce Gate the location is great for walking. Not easy to park a car.
Overall we were pleased with Guesthouse Marija and can recommend it to all who do not want to spend too much money and be just outside the old town.
