Almost all the rooms have balcony,they have tv,small kitchen,refrigerator,roof ventilators,WC shower ,safe box and closed FREE safe car parking and free access internet [from PC and wireless connection from your room]

The center of the City of Thessaloniki is only 25 km away offering a large variety of shopping, entertainment, sport and other facilities, and very close to Chalkidiki area and its a nice place for holidays in Greece.

Our small family business offers you 27 beautiful, fully equipped,[ self-catering apartments], situated only 30 meters from the sea. Almost all apartments have balconies with fantastic sea view, stretching for miles. They also include TV set, private bathroom, small kitchen, refrigerator and heating system, elevator and private free parking. The rooms have roof ventilator,wireless free internet and there are 3 PC for free use 24 hours

Pension “Tzitzifies” is near to the International airport of Thessaloniki which connects the city of Thessaloniki with many airports throughout the world. There are also frequent regional bus services (every 20 minutes) [ticket is about 0,70 euro] which make the route from Thessaloniki to Agia Triada and vice verso. There is also a very extensive 24 hour taxi service.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our visitors can come from 09 00 until 18 00 to our pension,if they want to come earlier or later they must contact us before your arrival to give you instructions how you will get in,,if you forgot to get instructions and you are coming late don't be worry,just have a look into the post box[in front of the garden door] and you will find instructions how to get in.The reception is not always open so, don't forget to tell us at what time you are coming and to get in any time but after contact with us.

Conditions

Dear visitors, we send this e-mail or we give these instructions for the visitors that they are coming late, how to get in and how to enter in their rooms.
You will found the keys[in an envelope with your name] into the plastic post box[left on the wall in front of the main door],there are 4 keys and a plastic card[some times you will find 3 keys and a plastic card for the studios 101-104[are the studios for 4beds and more]
The door to enter for
the studios [101-104] is from the sea side[so after you took the keys from the plastic post box for the studios 101-104 you must go to the sea side garden door and to enter to your studio[there is a note on the garden door with the numbers of the studios],
for the other studios[111-129] you will enter from the main door next to the plastic post box.
From the keys, one is from the garden door, one from the reception, one[ that normally is separated from the others keys] is from your room and one that is different from the others is from a safe box that there is in your room.
As you enter in your studio left or right on the wall [there are small lights] you put the plastic card inside with your keys to give electricity to your room [the door locks from inside without key,exept from the studios 101-104 that you must lock the door].
When you are leaving [from your room] always taking the keys and the plastic card with you and always lock your door [the refrigerator works and without the plastic card]
There is elevator use it to carry your luggage[for studios 111-129]
Every room has a special door to protect you from the mosquitoes [so use them carefully],also there is a little machine with tablets[put one tablet each night to keep the mosquitoes away[never leaves the balcony door open during the night, when you are to the balcony just close the door, it doesn’t lock].
The next day you must give the other document [that there is in the envelope] to the reception completed and to pay your staying
MINI MARKET [after the cross of the main road to thessaloniki,as you are coming to the Pension-Tzitzifies,there is small mini market[FOR BREAKFAST-MILK-BREAD-CIGARETTES]
In a distance 500m there is the village Agia Trias and at 800m the village N. Epivate[for restaurants,tavernas,shoping]
If you are coming from swimming from the beach please wash your legs from the sand [there is water as you ender in the garden]
You can accept telephones into your room[0030-23920-53003 and after the voice mail they call the room number],if you want to telephone anywhere there is in the reception coin telephone

ATTENTION; 1]never throw the toilet paper into the toilet [there is biologic cleaning system and is for bitten] always into the basket
2]please try not to cause any damage[because you put us in difficulty position to charge you the damage]
There is free wireless internet connection or you can use the 2 PC [that there are into the reception to get your e-mail [for wire less connection you must use the codec number[ 8830D33A62 ] and to chouse tzitzifies wireless connection
