You will stay in a modern apartment directly at the famous Kurfürstendamm (the Kudamm), just a short walk away from the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche (emperor William-remembrance-church) or the department store KaDeWe (department store of the West KaDeWe).

The BearlinCity self-catering apartments located in nice and friendly surroundings offer enough space for max. 3 persons each.

As the apartments are located in the vivid center of the city you can reach all sight seeing attractions comfortably via public transportation. Visit the exhibition ground ICC, the Potsdamer Platz (Potsdam Square), the Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate) and enjoy the nature of Spichern-park, where you can relax lying in the grass or do sports.

Children and extra bed

All children under seven years do not have to pay any extra fees for sleeping on the available beds. All older children or adults pay 15€ for each night on one extra bed.

Extra beds are offered on request of the guest, per mail or telephone. Each of the apartments on Olivaerplatz 18 offers space for 2 extra beds. Each of the apartments in Ansbacherstraße 8-14 offers space for 1 extra bed.

Payment

The total costs for the overnight stays have to be paid in cash at the arrival.

Additional costs: 15 euro per stay for towels / Cleaning

Our modern and stylish furnished apartments offer comfortable accommodation for max. 3 persons.

Besides parking possibilities (fee required) and the elevator, the heatable rooms and the quick check-in and check-out are an implicitness to serve your comfort. Also each apartment has a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a nice shower-bathroom, a Plasma TV-Set, Hi-Fi-equipment, a hair dryer and an electric kettle.
