Nice clean hostal with comfortable beds and warm (although a bit temperamental) showers. Not great for a sleep-in though, as the open area between the floors means sound travels from the common area through-out the hostal. If you are getting up early to see Macchu Picchu then this isn't a problem - but for us we wanted to sleep in AFTER the Inca Trail, but the noise started at ~5am with people having breakfast and leaving to go to Macchu Picchu.
But overall nice place, has a rooftop bar and they can also do your laundry!

nice & friendly host! clean and comfort bed, but the stair rail from the wall does not fix very well, can pick the whole thing out when I grab it!
