A brief history of old Bangkok City

Banglumphu is Bangkok's most ancient and historical district where every corner has a story to tell. From the strategic canal that runs alongside the Nouvo City Hotel to Khaosan Road's colorful history of jump starting Bangkok's tourism industry back in the old days, the Banglumphu district has always had a special place in the hearts of both Thais and international visitors alike.

Hotel history

The Nouvo City Hotel is one of Bangkok's finest hotels on Rattanakosin Island, the original birthplace of the city.

But, the story begins with the establishment of our first hotel, the New World City Hotel. For over 20 years, we have been proudly serving and accommodating travelers worldwide who have come to experience Bangkok's old city marvels. Also a Halal hotel, the New World City Hotel originally started as a service apartment and gradually upgraded to a 4-star hotel in order to accommodate the ever-changing needs of traveling trends.

*Rates mentioned are quoted in Thai Baht.
*Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (for Deluxe Room maximum 1 children and another room type maximum 2 children) sharing parents room and bedding. Extra bed will be chargeable 1,000 baht per night including buffet breakfast. Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box. Extra persons not entitled to spa treatment in package.
*All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge & 7% government tax and buffet breakfast.
* All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
* Check-in time is after 14:00 Hrs. and Check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
* Reservations should be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied).
*Cancellations (more than 48 hours before arrival): No charge.
*Cancellations (less than 48 hours before arrival): 1 night charge.
*Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay.
