About Kovacs Apartments
We offer apartments for 2, 4 or 6 persons in the resort area of Gyenesdias. This resort is situated 100kms from the western border of Hungary, at the foot of Keszthely Hills in the western Balaton Region, 15 kms from Fly-Balaton airport and offers excellent opportunities for those who are longing for rest, entertainment and recreation.
Our apartments have double rooms, a dining and living room with satellite TV, kitchen with all the amenities (coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils), bathroom with shower and WC, and a balcony.
A big garden with grill, table-tennis, deck-chairs and a playground is also available for our guests while there is parking in the closed garden. Those who are interested can take part in one of several sailing trips in our own sailing boat with a captain on board.
The nearby town of Keszthely, a cultural centre famous for the fascinating Festetics Palace, and the world-famous spa, Hévíz are only a few kilometres away.

For our youngest guests childbeds, highchairs and buth-tub for babies are available as the stock lasts. And our big garden is also a paradise for kids, too.

You have the opportunity to get a massage in your own room by a professional masseur. Massage-bed is available. 25 minutes cost 7 .
Fun in our garden for young and old
You can spend your time with playing tabletennis, having fun on the playground while the dinner gets ready on the barbecue in our big garden. For relaxing a swing-bench and deckchairs are available.
Games
Who is the smartest or the luckiest? Try yourselves in the different games int he garden or in your own apartment. The most beloved one is the Jackolo. Never heard about it? Don't miss to try it!
Rent-a-bike
A really adventurous holiday shouldn't be without the physical exercise and trial of the teepy routes, lanes of the hill, or an unforgettable trip around Lake Balaton.
It is a great experience to explore the region by bike. You can rent bikes in the house: 4 Euro/day or 20 Euro/week.
Parking, garage
You can park your car in our closed garden for free, or garages are also available in a limited number. Price of garage usage: 3 Euro/night.
Sailing
Have you ever enjoyed crossing the waves of the Lake Balaton, or just simply listen to the silence and wonder the sunset offered fine spectacle from the middle of the lake? You have the opportunity to do all these from our sailingboat with captain on board and even more.
Several hour or all-day-long sailing excursions on the Lake Balaton for 2-6 people. Price: 6 Euro/pers/hour (at least 2 hours, 2 pers.), for kids with 2 adults under 14 years 50 % discount.

Drive through Keszthely and as you reach Gyenesdiás, at the roundabout (at the McDonald's) turn right into the direction of Balaton, at the first corner turn left, and then to right and you are already in the Vörösmarty street.
