Access apartments operates a central check in at our hotel in bayswater. all guests will then be transfered to their apartment free of charge.

Conditions

By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or that you fail to arrive on the arrival date, you authorise Access Accommodation to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you the amount equivalent to one night. Your non-arrival by the agreed arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with Access Accommodation directly.
