Cheapest place in medellin. So you pay low cost, you get low cost.
It's a good place to stay for a while cause of the price.
Sometimes no toilet paper.

This is more a residence for people from the university.

Hostel in Medellin-Colombia , in front of Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana U.P.B

Residential area mostly habitated by students from the University

All transports to any place in the city pass in front of the house. Close to Unicentro Commercial Centre...5 min walking , restaurants, and shops nearby. Transport to EAFIT University just afew steps away.

Accommodation Information

Dorm rooms from 10 US per night and 50 dollars per week.

Private rooms from 20 dollars per day and 120 per week..(smaller and bigger)..

We also have monthly basis minimum 3 months for travellers who come to study Spanish at the university.

This is a very large house and all tenants have a lot of privacy, and the most important rule is RESPECT.

Location Information

From the South Bus Terminal - you can take a taxi from here for around $3 USD. The journey will last you around 10 to 15 min away.

The terminal is situated quite close to the inner Airport inside Medellin called Olaya herrera, and from there the taxi is like 1 km away from the Hostel.
