Welcome to Foreign Exchange Accommodation - Beachside. Opening 20.12 2011! Come & stay at one of the best located hostels in town, where you can feel relaxed & completely at home.

Foreign Exchange Accommodation is opening a second hostel in Townsville only a short stroll from The Strand so that our guests can enjoy Townsville right from our front door.

We will be offering premium accommodation at the most affordable price for international students, backpackers, travellers and seasonal workers in a fantastic location ideal for exploring all that Townsville has to offer.

The new site is currently undergoing renovations in order to be ready for our December.

Accommodation/rooms: We have spacious shared & private rooms that sleep 1-4 people. Most of our rooms are twin rooms and single rooms. Minimum stay one week.

Hours:

• Reception hours are between 9am & 10:30am, and 2pm & 6pm

• Arrivals outside of these hours must be advised please

• Check out time is 10am, Check in time is from 2pm

• Check outs before 9am can leave key in drop box at reception

Local bus transport:

We are conveniently located close to the free Redbus route. From the CBD or the ferry/bus terminal catch the local RedBus which stops along the Strand just 50 meters from our hostel. Please look up the Sunbus website for more information.

Driving by car:

We are located on the corner of Eyre & Leichhardt Streets, North Ward QLD 4810. We have some parking at the hostel or there is a paid parking lot across the road from us on Leichhardt St.
