Downstairs is one of the biggest shopping malls in Kunming, Shun Cheng Shopping Mall. Lots of restaurants, coffee bars, clubs, shopping malls and banks are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Sightseeing within walking distance: Yunnan Provincial Museum, Flower & Bird Market, Zheng Yi Fang, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Jinma Biji Square and Green Lake.
All the apartments and rooms are fully furnished with 32-inch LED TV, washing machine, refrigerator, iron and hair dryer, etc. All the kitchens here are always in a usable state, you can cook by yourself if you dont want to go out for eating. Of course, the whole property is covered with free Wifi; broadband internet is accessible as well.
