After seven years of experience in hospitality industry , SS Residence offers a new concept of accommodation, Residence ApartHotels. Unlike conventional hotels, our rooms (apartments and studios) have much larger rooms and have fully equipped kitchens.Breakfast can be served as open buffet in the hotel’s lobby café located in Victoriei Square - Titulescu on Maltopol street 22, only five minutes away by walk from the Government and North Railway station .Features: TV LCD with DVD, Internet Wireless, fax, comfort bath, featuring jacuzzi bathtub and mini kitchen fully equipped.Free Services: Sending/ receiveing fax locally - Complete Tourist Information, Transport, storage luggage, Retention values, Keeping lost objects, Sending/ receiveing Mail, Wake up, taxi orders, Free internet wireless, Offers tourist excursions in the country and abroad, Bucharest tour, book tickets (plane, train) from travel agency in the reception (currently only in Unirii Residence).

Conditions

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation.

In order to proceed with your reservation we require valid credit card. The remaining amount of the reservation will be preauthorized on booking date and charged on arrival date by Travelmed Hotels Group. In case the pre-authorisation fails, we shall contact you for alternative card details. This should be arranged within 24 hours of our email, otherwise the booking will be cancelled without a refund of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
