It is a very dirty place, with broken furniture, and with dust everywhere, even on the toilet sit. It seems that the only cleaning that is done is wiping the floor. The rooms doesn’t lock from outside (except from the front door from ground floor) and if you have the mal fortune to be hosted on the first floor and want to deposit something in the fridge, you can’t always get to get it, since the fridge is downstairs and most of the times you find the front door locked and they don’t give you a key. My windows curtains were that dusty that when putting them aside, I actually had to get out of the room because I choked with the dust. There are spiders’ net in every corner. There is hot water and they provided me with clean beds sheets and towels.
The place has potential, but it need to be reformed and CLEANED UP.
