We had booked a deluxe AC room and while we willing to be a little flexible on what we got given the price of the room we were not expecting: a leaking ceiling, a toilet that did not flush, no hot water and dirty sheets and towels.
On the upside, the location was very handy and the owner was very helpful but that did not make up for the issues noted above.
