Really cool place, close to the downtown, warm hospitality, full handy equipment (pots, plates, microwave, refrigerator), clean, very nice and helpful staff. If you want to feel both really domestically and feel the climat of the city - stay in Locomotive.

Our Hostel is located in the downtown area, close to the International Train Station called Keleti Pu. An ideal place for your crawls in the City, surrounded by lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, a post office and 24 hour grocery shops all important things you might need during your stay in Budapest.

Really cool place, close to the downtown, warm hospitality, full handy equipment (pots, plates, microwave, refrigerator), clean, very nice and helpful staff. If you want to feel both really domestically and feel the climat of the city - stay in Locomotive.
Very nice hostel where I've stayed a number of time and I will for sure come back here when going to Budapest. It's small, quiet and personal and very conveniently close to the Kelevi train station.

Directions
The Hostel is located just a stones throw from the main International Train Station called Keleti Pu.
- From the Airport you can get to the Hostel if you use the BUS 200 to Kobanya Kispest Metro Station, then travel by Metro III. to Deak Ter (Blue Line Metro). Then change the Metro for the Red Line Metro, and travel three stops to Keleti Train Station. Exactely there is Locomotive Light Hostel. You can find the entrance at Grand Hotel Hungaria on the oposite side of the road, called Rakoczi Ut.
- From the International Bus Station you can get to the Hostel if you use the Blue Line Metro and travel to Deak Ter. Change the Blue Metro Line for the Red Metro Line and travel three stops to Keleti Train Station and you have arrived to the Hostel.
- From Keleti Train Station just walk to the Hostel. The distance is only 200 meters. You can find our Hostel near to the main entrance of GRAND HOTEL HUNGARIA, on the oposite side of the road, on the left side, under the big sign on the roof : CANON. The entrance is at the AVON shop, bell is 14.
