You (our guest) agree that you will pay to us (the operator) the full room rate & any additional charges relating to your stay with us for each day.
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies. Any cancellations or amendments (i.e. if you shorten your stay) within this period are subject to the full accommodation charge. Guests that do not arrive is subject to 100% accommodation charge as a cancellation fee for all rooms nights booked.

You agree to pay for accommodation booked on the site at the point of reservation, and you agree to make payment with your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be shown on the CLV smart stays Make a Reservation booking page prior to you clicking on the 'Book Now' button. Foreign currency exchange fees will apply for all transactions made in other currencies
You agree you are & remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on point of booking unless prior settlement arrangements have been agreed to by us.
The person making this reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
CLV smart stays reserves the right to request photo ID on arrival at their own discretion for age verification and to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage.
You agree that any charges for products or services not billed to you at time of departure may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or charged to the credit card provided on check in. A cash security bond may be required in the absence of a valid credit card as per the discretion of CLV smart stays and management.
Guaranteed check in time is 2.00 pm. Check out time is 10:00am on the departure date, unless approved in advance. You agree that departure after that time may incur additional charges.
You agree that additional charges may be incurred if expected arrival time requires the room you are allocated to be vacant from the previous day.
You agree to pay interim amounts during your stay when presented with an account even though you may not be departing on that day.
You agree that the number of occupants in the room or apartment is correct as per specified in the make a reservation booking page, unless otherwise advised by you which may incur additional charges.
You agree to pay any loss or damage to the room and apartment or equipment on premise during the period of your stay.
You agree to return the key and security card for the room & apartment at time of departure & agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys or security cards you lose.
You agree any monies, valuables/ goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility & we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the damage or loss occurred.
Due to local state legislation the fire brigade is obligated to respond to any alarm regardless of the cause. Any person found to have set off a false fire alarm, whether purposefully or because of carelessness, is responsible for any charges levied by the fire brigade. Never shower with your bathroom door open as excessive steam can set off a fire alarm.
You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws & there are no such laws, which apply to your stay. We grant you licence to stay in our accommodation & you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving reason.
I agree I will not sublet the apartment or room or use either space for any commercial purposes or illegal activities other than holiday accommodation.
I agree the commercial sale of alcohol on premise is not permitted.
All CLV smart stays accommodation properties are non-smoking environments. I agree not to smoke in doors and to use designated smoking areas where provided.
We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to collection of personal information. All information collected from you via the website card is required either to meet the requirements of the state legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons & for billing purposes.
We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. All this data will be retained for a minimum length of time to comply with taxation & accounting requirements (usually seven years). Any personal information given is accessible only to authorised personnel of the operator. We will not knowingly permit any misuse of this data. We will adhere to industry standards for use of any personal information.
Images and content on the CLV Smart Stays website may not be copied, saved or used in any format without prior consent from Campus Living Villages.

Is there a minimum age limit?

Can I add an extra bed?
Properties include the occupancy for each room in the room's description. If it is possible to add an extra bed this will be specified in the property description. Please note additional costs may apply.
What is included in an ensuite room?
Ensuite rooms include their own private bathroom.
Can I get an airport pick up?
If a property offers airport transfers, this will be included in their facilities description. A direct contact email address and phone number is sent to you as part of your booking confirmation so you can arrange any transfers. Please note that transfers may incur an additional cost.
Does the room have kitchen facilities?
Some properties have kitchen facilities available for guest use and will specify this in their facilities description if applicable.
I arrive very late, can I still check-in?
