Elegant open space apartment a stone's throw from Coliseum and Roman Forum, located on the 2nd floor of a XVII building (with elevator) in Rione Monti (neighborhood) the oldest in Rome historical Centre.

This functional 42 sq.mt (452 sq.ft) apartment for 2 or 4 persons, is equipped with A/C, heater, WiFi, note book and flat TV and furnished with a pleasant 'mix' of old and modern decor. It opens up onto a foyer leading to the living room, furnished with a round dinner table for 4, a TV corner and a comfortable pull out Queen size couch.

A Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower (hairdryer and complimentary toiletries: shower/shampoo gel, body cream,shower cap, soaps) ), complete the apartment overlooking a quiet inner garden.

The fully equipped kitchen (4 gas stoves, microwave/grill, toaster, freezer and refrigerator) is separated by a door.

Washing machine is placed in a separate boxroom together with iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, electric clothes rack. The 'Rione' Monti (Monti neighbourhood) is one of the most upcoming areas of the capital. It offers plenty of places to have a coffee or a drink as well as restaurants, pizzerias, music lounges where Jazz is played, wine bars, and all sorts of shops. Ideal for both tourists and business travellers, the position is strategic: a few steps from the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, the Campidoglio and the Colosseum. Within a short walking distance is the subway stop line B, Cavour (just 1 stop from Termini Station). Metro subway lines A and B, trains for all over Italy and Shuttle buses from/to the 2 airports as well as most bus terminal are also at Termini Railway Station.
