Literally a minute from the central Djemma El Fna Square, the location is about as good as you could expect from a Riad in Marrakech. Difficult to find the first time, especially arriving at night and signposting's iffy but after that you'll have no problem.
Riad Hotel Espagne is a 'Riad de charme' and offers 7 bedrooms and a large sunny common room where to relax; each room is different from the other and uniquely decorated
We are located 2min walk from the Jamaa Elfna Riad and will welcome with very professional services.
The restaurant at Riad Espagnia offers Moroccan cuisine like tagine, couscous and pastilla, breakfast is included in the on-line room rates
we don't accept credit cards, so please pay in cash, you pay when you arrived to the hotel

It was a very friendly hostel and only a few minutes away from the 'big market place'.
Breakfast is very nice: pancakes, bread, fresh juice, coffee, thee. Rooms are small but you can relax on the rooftop or in the riad. We had a very nice stay!
Literally a minute from the central Djemma El Fna Square, the location is about as good as you could expect from a Riad in Marrakech. Difficult to find the first time, especially arriving at night and signposting's iffy but after that you'll have no problem. The place is nice, facilities are fairly basic but for the price perfectly acceptable, breakfast is good (and we were generously given it one morning even though we got up an hour after it should have ended), could perhaps have rooms with a bit more of a sense of privacy and better soundproofing but in Morocco you don't really get that from any Riads, not just cheaper ones. The staff were absolutely lovely, more helpful than they needed to be, got us a map for free, were happy to just have a chat, made us mint tea when we first arrived, suggested places to go, offered excursions but didn't mind when we weren't interested.
I think coming into Marrakech where you spend so much time being bothered, harangued and hard-sold, it really does make all the difference to have genuinely nice and helpful people at the place where you're staying. We had a lovely stay here.
Very nice riad very clean and very quiet Close to Djemaa el Fna. Staff is great especially mehdi, he is a very nice and helpfull guy. Good breakfast which you can enjoy at the rooftop terrace if you want.

Very friendly reception and for the money good value. The breakfast could have been better with no pastries like other Riad's. Very near the main square so great location.
