The Old Town is 3km away, which is 10 minute driving distance. Beaches, hotels, restaurants, caffes and Lapad pedestrian promenade are a few minute walking distance. Both supermarket and bakery are only 160m away, Uvala Lapad Beach is 250 m away (sand and small pebble) and new, modern 3D cinema with 3 halls is 200 m from the apartment. Above the apartment is the beautiful Petka wood natural reserve, which is ideal for jogging, nice long walks and from there you have some stunning views on Dubrovnik riviera.This 40 sqm apartment, located on the ground floor of a family house, consists of 2 bedrooms - a double and a single, combined living / dining / kitchen room, bathroom with shower, 30 sqm terrace in front and the second terrace with a hydro-massage pool (Softub resort 300+).
