It's a completely new 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms,large dining/kitchen/living area,2 terraces and pool area with bar/kitchenette. The apartment has one more room with working desk and a double sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 persons.
Facilities include: air conditioning,SAT TV,DVD,WI-FI,dishwasher,washer/dryer,swimming pool,BBQ

You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged. If there will be found extremely unclean apartment or house with more than one-day garbage in it, extra cleaning service will be charged €70.00
