To check into these apartments, you will need to go to our central check in point at the Umi Hotel in Bayswater, where you can pay for your booking and we will arrange your free transfer to the apartments in Richmond Court. Please note - we cannot issue VAT receipts for your stay.

By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date (not the arrival time) or that you fail to arrive on the arrival date, you authorise Access Accommodation to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you the amount equivalent to one night. Your non-arrival by the agreed arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.
