This is a Trusted Review. Why?
I was given a dank, dark room on the ground floor. The mattress was hard and the room was cold. The shower only gave less than lukewarm water and it was unpleasant. During the day there was loud salsa music making having a nap after a long bus ride very difficult. In the morning I couldn't wait to leave and didn't stay for breakfast. I switched to a much nicer hotel for about the same money. I have travelled extensively in South America and have stayed at worse places - but this place was grim and there are many better choices in Cusco.
