Bunk beds were too short for adults and so low you couldn't sit up in bed. The hostel was infested with mosquitoes. There was a very nice terrace, but the kitchen area and bathrooms were too limited. Particularly the bathrooms were crowded and in poor repair.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Bunk beds were too short for adults and so low you couldn't sit up in bed. The hostel was infested with mosquitoes. There was a very nice terrace, but the kitchen area and bathrooms were too limited. Particularly the bathrooms were crowded and in poor repair. Two toilets, two sinks and two showers for all of the females in the hostel was simply not convenient. Hostel is not centrally located, but is close to public transport in a quiet area with restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, not to mention Dos Jeronimos Monastery. Breakfast was only from 8-10 and was fair, although sometimes not refilled, even before the 9.45 cut-off. Otherwise, staff were nice and helpful and the hostel was clean and modern, entirely outfitted by Ikea from the looks of it.
