It´s a traditional Sri Lankan house, with 3 bedrooms, newly refurbished to meet the highest standard, comforts with modern facilities such as double bed with comfortable spring mattress, WI-FI, satellite TV, DVD player, safety lockers, air condition, ceiling fan, filtered/drinking/cooking water, modern bathrooms (with European standard including high pressured hot & cold water), laundry facilities, daily cleaning, tea/coffee making facility, night security, etc.

It´s a traditional Sri Lankan style house (single floor bungalow/villa), with 3 bedrooms, newly refurbished to meet the highest standard, comforts and modern facilities such as double bed with comfortable spring mattress, WI-FI, satellite TV, DVD player, in-room safety lockers, air condition in each bedroom, ceiling fan in all the rooms, filtered/purified drinking/cooking water, modern bathrooms (with European standard including high pressured hot & cold water), laundry facilities, daily cleaning, tea/coffee making facility and night security, etc. The whole bungalow can accommodate a total of 6 guests (or up to 8 guests with extra/foldable beds). Please note that some of the facilities mentioned above are available only for certain room categories. Please refer to each room category for detailed description.

Access to swimming pool:

All our guests can gain access to swimming pools in 3 of the nearby hotels, within walking distance, through us on surcharge but free for guest occupying our Executive rooms.

Butler & other services:

Service of a butler and/or a cook and a vehicle with a chauffeur for transfers, excursions or round tours or any other service could be arranged on request. Surcharge applies.

All our guests will also have direct access to our sister company, Omni Travel, which is a travel agency & tour operator. It´s friendly and professional staff can assist you with concierge services, flight arrangements, reconfirmation of your return/onwards flight, vehicle rental, excursions, local tour arrangements, etc. on very comparative rates. In case of emergency, the staff is available even after office hours, 24/7.

Cancellation policy

•Reservation of long stay (more than 7NTS) cancelled between

*30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and will not be liable to cancellation charges.

*30 - 15 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50%,

*15 - 10 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 75%,

*10 - 07 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged full amount basis booked.

* All cancelation related to the long stay (more than 7 nights) during 01NOV 12– 01MAR

13should be informed 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date regardless the number of

Nights booked.

•Reservation of 1-7 NTS cancelled between

*15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and will not be liable to cancellation charges.

*15-10 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 25%,

*10-07 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50%,

*074-04 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 75%,

*04-01 days to the scheduled arrival date will be charged full amount basis booked and this

Condition will also apply for the NO SHOWS.

*All cancelation related 1-7 nights during 01NOV 12 – 01MAR 13 should be informed 30 days

Deluxe Room:

A separate air conditioned room with 1 double bed for up to 2 adults with an attached bathroom. The guests will have free access to WIFI,safety lockers, ceiling fan in the room/living area, Satellite TV, DVD player, daily cleaning, night security, tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast is included.

Deluxe Family Room:

Two separate air conditioned rooms with 2 double beds in each room (up to 4 adults) with 1 bathroom. The guests will have free access to WIFI,safety lockers, ceiling fan in room/living area, Satellite TV, DVD player, daily cleaning, night security, tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast is included.

Executive Room:

Suitable for business executives or guests who are looking for enhanced service level for a more comfortable stay. The room consists of 1 air conditioned room with 1 double bed for up to 2 adults with an attached bathroom. The guests will have free access to WI-FI, safety lockers, ceiling fan in the room/living area, Satellite TV, DVD player, daily cleaning, night security, laundry facility, filtered/purified drinking water, tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast is included.

Besides the facilities mentioned above, the guest will have free access to swimming pools in the 3 nearby hotels, within walking distance, butler service, laundry service and a car with a chauffeur (maximum 50 Km per day) on complimentary basis. Additional charges will apply for excess kilo meters.

Entire Bungalow:

Ideal for business executives combining business with pleasure or for family/friends on holiday. The bungalow consists of 3 fully furnished, air conditioned rooms with double bed with comfortable spring mattress with 2 attached bathrooms. The whole bungalow can accommodate a total of 6 guests. The guests will have free access to WIFI, safety lockers, ceiling fan in the room/living area, Satellite TV, DVD player, daily cleaning, night security, laundry facility, tea/coffee making facility.Breakfast is included.

Airport transfers:

Free airport transfers for all guests with a minimum of 7 nights. This offer cannot be combined with other special offers or discounted rates. Please do not forget to inform us your flight schedules well in advance.

From Colombo Railway station/Main bus stand

By Car: Take the Olcott Mawatha, towards Galle Face. At the first roundabout (Galle Face roundabout) turn left (to the Galle road) and head down to Dehiwala. Pass the flyover, cemetery on your right hand side and a Gas station on your left hand side. Turn right to the Hotel Road, (la big tree on the middle of the junction), pass the St. Thomas’s Collage (on your left hand side). Turn right to the first road(De Seram Road) just after the St. Thomas’s Collage (climbing down), turn left to the first lane (De Soysa Avenue) and Omni Holiday Bungalow is the 8th house(first black color gate) on your right hand side.
