Private, lockable room with 2 beds, community (2 rooms) kitchen and bathroom... only cold shower... really cold shower, like many hostels in amsterdam.
2 young, very nice men run the amsterdam room center. Quick anwser to any question via email.
For a few days/nights in amsterdam its perfect, if you want to stay longer you'll need a thick skin.
