Please observe silence after 11.00 pm, water is precious please be considerate in its use. We request all guest to clear their dues 24 hrs before check out as we are elderly couple and cannot do last minutes clearing of dues and check out. Please make sure you are familiar of your location as the guesthouse is a bit in the interior of the beach area and could be difficult to find during night hours we will give you proper landmarks to locate the place in case you are prone to getting lost.

Close to the Anjuna beach, We are three minutes on foot from the famous Anjuna beach. if you are coming to Anjuna by bus ask the conducter to drop you at Anjuna beach last stop, and then walk down the mud road and turn first left and walk along the winding path for about 50 metres just Past the two red building of Munches Guesthouse, and round the corner, you will find the guesthouse. When you reach the Anjuna beach please head to the Baba Guesthouse and ask for Julianna guesthouse, for proper directions . It is about 50 metres from there.
