We offer affordable accommodation to people visiting the city, looking for affordable but excellent quality accommodation.

There are 6 modern 6-roomed self-catering apartments available. All rooms come equipped with ONE double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside cabinet. The apartments can be let as self contained or room by room basis. All bedrooms are private and securely locked with individual keys.

The apartments are modern and up to date with wooden floored living areas, American style fridge/freezer, leather sofas, TV & DVD in lounge, free view, cooker, microwave coffee making facilities. Free wireless broadband is also available in all the apartments.

There will be a 24-hour presence on the premises. Secured parking at an additional £10 per night is available on request.

Clean bedding is provided and there is no curfew. Individuals, groups and backpackers are all warmly welcomed. The accommodation is on the outskirts of the city and in walking distance of the bustling bars and clubs. Also close by is the city's two Cathedrals, the Philharmonic Hall, the art galleries, museums and several theatre.

At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Speke Hall Avenue (sign posted Ring Road, City Centre Widnes, and Manchester)

At traffic signals continue forward onto the A5275 (sign posted Ring Road A562)

At traffic signals continue forward onto the A562 (sign posted City Centre)

At traffic signals continue forward onto Menlove Avenue - A562 (sign posted Ring Road, St Helens, City Centre, Childwall)

At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5058 (sign posted Southport, Bootle, Docks)

At Childwall Fiveways roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5058 (signposted Southport, Bootle, Birkenhead, Wallasey)

Branch left (signposted Huyton, Warrington, Manchester M62), then turn left onto the A5080 (signposted City Centre)

At traffic signals continue forward onto the A5047 (sign posted City Centre)

At traffic signals turn left onto Durning Road - B5173 (sign posted Ring Road A5089)

Turn left onto Clint Road West (next to yellow MOT Station.)
