Nestled in the beauty and tranquility of Bogmalo Beach,Goa is your friendly hostel, Raj Resorts. Its only a 10 minutes drive from the Goa Airport.

This boutique resort provides you the great comfort of 18 immpeccably clean, spacious, air conditioned double/twin rooms, en-suite facilities, running hot & cold water, cable TV, tea/coffee maker, toaster, refrigerators, ceiling fans, Internet conectivity, telephones in the rooms,emergency power backup and attached private sea facing terraces and balconies.

The rooms are well furnished & very spacious. In addition, the highest levels of hygiene are maintained at all times.

Our Rooms are classified into three categories Viz DELUXE , PREMIUM & STANDARD.Since this booking engine does not support the classification of rooms in this format only the STANDARD rooms( Twin Private) and the DELUXE rooms ( Double Bed Private ) are listed here.

The Standard Rooms being the basic accommodation. These rooms are neat, clean, light and airy. They have ensuite facilities with running hot & cold water, air-condition, Ceiling fan,Colour TV with satellite connection, telephone, tea/coffee making facility & a small balcony/sitout. These rooms are situated on the lower floors of the resort.

The Premium Rooms are much bigger in size and better furnished compared to the standard rooms. They are approx 400 Sq Feet each. These rooms are elaborately furnished and have ensuite facilities with running hot & cold water, air-condition, Ceiling fan,Colour TV with satellite connection, telephone, tea/coffee making facility, refrigerator, toaster, emergency power backup etc. These rooms are situated on the first floor with a few having a small balcony.

The Deluxe Rooms have all the frills of the Premium room but have a prized place of location in the property. Apart from being well furnished and spacious these rooms have private terraces attached to them which are ideal for catching some sun during the day in all privacy. These terraces make for very pleasant early morning & evening sitouts. Have your breakfast served here in the mornings or enjoy a bottle of wine in the evenings – its just perfect. One can hear the chirping birds and see a lot of interesting flora & fauna from these terraces. These terraces also offer a very nice distant view of the ocean. There are also a couple of rooms in the same category as deluxe. These rooms are situated by the pool side with one on the ground floor while the other on the first floor. These rooms do not have a Terrace but instead , have an attached kitchenette with a cooking hub, microwave etc.

The Standard & The Deluxe rooms are already listed here as Twin Private & Double Bed Private respectively.However,should you desire to book a Premium room, you may first reserve a Standard room & upgrade your room to the Premium category. The tariff for the Premium Room will be higher by 25% of the Standard room tariff . Please send your upgradation request through email to us.

Vivek is a professional hotelier with 20 years of experience behind him. After graduating in hotel management from one of the best Hotel schools in the world , Vivek has worked in various senior positions for some of the best known hotels in India and abroad.Having achieved pinnacles in his career at a young age,Vivek quit the corporate world at 31.That was in 1996.Raj Resorts too came up in the same year.

'Its Amazing !!! In my four decades of travelling, I've never come across a place like Raj Resorts. What a place ! For 70 years I've been waiting for the Santa Clause only to discover that I'm the one. They had this lovely Christmas party and I was made the Santa Clause, giving away gifts to the kids. It was one experience of my lifetime which I will always cherish. In my 3 months of stay at Raj Resorts I was invited to all the parties that were hosted by the owner and his family. I immensely enjoyed myself and met some very highly placed and interesting people. Vivek does keep very elite company. Bogmalo is a nice beach. The walk to the beach from Raj Resorts is interesting and it takes about 12 minutes to reach the beach. One can always hop into one of the buses plying from the beach every ten minutes and reach Raj Resorts in 2 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very personalised service from the owner and friendly staff. Good food too . Will keep coming back'

1. Please note that the Free Airport Pickup is available only on more than one nights stay.

2. IMPORTANT :

A) It is a common business practice in Goa to confirm all bookings against payment in advance. This, being an international booking engine, does not support this local feature and charges only a 10% deposit by default. Once you have secured your reservation by making the 10% deposit, the balance 90% will also be charged to your card towards the confirmation of your booking. We will inform you through e-mail once the transaction is completed.

B) Although your booking confirmation will say that you may cancel the booking 24 hrs prior to your arrival, however, during the tourist season we practice 'No Cancellation' policy. This is a common practice in Goa

C) Please do not book your room for less than 10 nights between 20th December and 5th January
