We run a family owned Guest house in a clean and friendly atmosphere with a garden.
Relax and unwind with the other guests in the common sitting area, get in touch with the World around you.
Rooms to be booked for minimum 3 days.
Bed Linen provided at no extra cost and changed frequently along with the cleaning of rooms. All rooms have fans.Air conditioning on request. Deluxe rooms, Superior Double and Superior twin have a Cable TV . Standard 6 Bed Mix Dorm Ensuite has individual Safety lockers.

Very nice stay here, highly recommended.
I had been to Silvermoon Guest House in the last week of Jan 2010. This lady Maria is annoying and her husband John shows least bit of interest if are of an Indian nationality. He wags his tail to foreigners when he sees them around. Its such a shame to see an Indian managing a guest house to give their priority to a Firangi. The host Maria is so so money minded that she got on my nerves by the end of my stay. My girlfriend and I had been to goa to have a plesant stay and we did. Everything in Goa is blessed except these two people who manage the Silver Moon Guest House.
Let me give you an advice. If you are an Indian, stay away from this place or you are going to ruin your vacation. These people are the worst and horrible hosts you can ever meet and in the end you get nothing but shabby service and a eye sore to see the owner of the guest house John licking the feet of firangi's.

my husband's a fisher man,, maria asked my husband to bring a fish back for them if he was lucky enought to catch 1...
my husband was very lucky,, he caught a red snapper,about,5lb.
we gave it to maria & john,, the next evening we was relaxing in the
beautifull surroundings,, maria & john, brought us fried red snapper , curry red snapper, rice,chips,salad,, all for FREE,, the best fresh fish we have ever tasted,,
we would not hesitate in recommending this guest house,,,

If one is planning a peaceful and economical stay in a place like Goa, and can ride a scooty/bike (or has a vehicle), Silver Moon will be an excellent choice..
The guesthouse was a very good one. the rooms were quite big and clean and the environment was quite nice.
The location was not very convenient for us, as the beach was a 10-15 mins walk and we didn't have any vehicle with us and none of knew how to drive a scooter
.
