This Studio Apartment 2nd floor is located in Calangute Along the Noth Goa beach, between Candolim on the south and Baga and then Anjuna beach on the North of it.

The property has one bedroom fully furnished, one dinning cum sitting room furnished with T.V too, 2 balconies, a equiped kitchen, and a toilet/bathroom, with hot/cold shower.

This studio apartment is part of the Maria Rosa resort and has a swimming pool too for use by the residents for an extra charge.

There is a restaurant that serves quality food and bar too with pool side lounge.

Walking distance to the Calangute main shopping area is approximately 10 minutes and another 10 minutes walk should get you to the Calangute beach.

The apartment was adequate but not very clean. We only used the fridge in the kitchen as everything in there needed a thorough clean. The sheets were changed every 5 days and the apartment was cleaned. This cleaning would have been adequate had it been spring cleaned previous to our arrival. The water in the kitchen looked clear but when I left cups etc soaking the water turned brown and didn't improve the whole stay. There were also ants in the kitchen. The stairways were filthy and looking at the cobwebs I can only guess at the last time they were cleaned. I also noticed that other tourists who came and stayed never paid to use the pool at the Maria Rosa. This was evident from the receipts given to me when I paid the 100 rupees per day when used. I wouldn't stay at this apartment again.
However, I will look at your website when I go again next year.
