We checked in the resort at 4 pm on 24th Oct and upon entering were straightaway taken aback with the shabby state of the swimming pool. The 2 rooms that we booked were full of mosquitoes and insects of all kinds. There was no hot water supply in one of the rooms. We couldn't even recharge our mobile phone and digicam batteries as we couldn't plug-in in the power plug as they were too old and is hardly seen even in a budget hotel. Telephone Lines of both the rooms were dead. The food was inadequate\ fell short during the dinner.
Is there a difference between offering a drink or ordering the drink? We were offered a drink during the cultural program but were even charged with a hefty amount for a signature whisky peg(Rs. 640 to be exact). Moreover, we were even charged for the water we consumed during the meal. This clearly indicates the class of the resort and it has left me with a very bad taste and I am sorry but I would never recommend this place to anyone in the future.
