We have a Condominium - Apartment only!

We offer a quiet and relaxed environment where you will have Peace of Mind during your stay!

We offer only SHARED ROOMS (for male/female) and No Private Rooms!

We have (3) Bunk beds, + (1) Black Couch/Bed + (2) Air Beds...

This is NOT a hotel at all!

We offer a very cheap price for a decent place to stay and if you are NOT looking for Luxury, then this is the place for you.

Please look at the Pictures first before you book because what you see in the pictures is what you will get.

Regarding utilities: all are included, along with free wireless Wi-Fi internet with Your Laptop, plus free use of the washer/dryer (1) load per person per week only...

We offer a 100% Smoke and Drug Free Environment!

(Smoking is allowed on the Street only!)

Drinking is fine, but No Alcoholics please!

Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet): always free! (Must provide your own Laptop computer)

Kitchen: you have full access to our communal kitchen and you can use our utensils and pots, pans, plates, etc., but please remember to wash up after you are done!

Please Note:

You are only Booking Beds in Dorm Rooms which are shared with Male/Female. There are NO Guarantees that when Booking Together (for groups or with more than 1 person) that you will all be Accommodated in the SAME Room! Thank You for your understanding in this matter!

We have 3 bunk beds (2 beds per bunk) + 1 black couch for sleeping as well!

Check in is from 8am to 11pm only

We only accept CASH for payment and No Credit Card payment, and Cash is Payable in FULL upon Move In.

We offer (3) bunk beds containing a total of (6) comfortable beds,

Plus + we also have a large black couch for an extra person (7) Beds Total!

+ for any extra persons for special occasions and/or situations, we do have (2) brand new air mattresses that we can bring out for those extra last minute guests, no problem!

However, please make special arrangements for me if you have extra guests, or need an extra bed at the last minute!

Showers: are private and available 24 hours a day (after midnight please keeps the noise and voices down!) Thank you.

Bed Sheets and Linens: can be provided!

1. Head south on World Way toward West Way

2. Keep left at the fork and merge onto W Century Blvd

3. Take the I-405 N ramp to Sacramento

4. Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-405 N
