BIR KEDI is Turkish for the cat . Is .a new cosy and romantic hotel fully open since April in the very center of Avanos Cappadocia

The BIR KEDI VILLA is run by a couple from Europe expert in running Hotels and fluent in English French Italian and Bulgarian

The atmosphere is informal and simple even if the premises have a high quality performance.

The best attraction is the panoramic terrace of nearly 900 sq f were Breakfast is served. The hotel offers to client WIfi and the possibility of hiring scooters or bicycle. Breakfast is included in the price and is very rich in quality and quality , including fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit or any fruits in season and local original food as rose jam or honey or home made yogurt and bread.

From Terrace you have an incredible view of the Cappadocian territory. It is a breathtaking view on the valley you can enjoy while having breakfast . Dominating the very center of Avanos the terrace will give you a chance to watch the early Balloons taking off from Urgup or Goreme . Sometimes you can count up to 40 balloons floating in the sky . On the left side, on clear days, you will see the top of Erciyes mountain , a dormient volcano 12.000 feet high

( 4.000 mt) constantly covered by snow and in the evening the sunset is colorful and unique.

We only have four rooms for a total of 9 beds . The four rooms are called White , Green, Blue and Red CAT . The latter is the top of the range with mini fridge and TV .

Rooms have typical vault roof providing warmth in winter and freshness during the hot Turkish summers

One room can accommodate 3 people, having double bed plus a single . one has two single beds with possibility of a double bed, two have queen size bed .

All rooms have nice private bathroom with shower

All furniture are closely related to the local style and new . Some details are originally antique pieces.

For the most adventorous travellers we can accomodate two more guest on the terrace under the stars !

By car : from the central square of Avanos shoulders to the Mosque take the sharp road uphill to the left , The hotel is 100 meters on the left hand side

By plane : you have to airport quite close to Avanos . Nevsehir at 30 km west with bus connections reaching the central square of Avanos . Kaiseri Airport is at 60 km east

By Bus from Ankara or Istanbul there are frequent daily bus reaching the area . Avanos has a bus terninal 400 mts from Central square
