About Purple Apartment

The Purple Apartment is a fabulous 3 bedroom Holiday Vacation Rental located Bos en Lommer, Center West.

The living room has two white sofas that can each turn into a single bed for 2 extra guests. The open kitchen comes with coffee maker, kettle and toaster, oven and gas stove. The first bedroom has two bed side tables, lamps and a double bed.

The second and third bedrooms also have a double bed each room. There is only one bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The best thing about this apartment is the huge and enormous balcony that is at your disposal!

Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 pm

Check-out 11:00 am

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
