This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Very affordable. The place was clean (relatively new--only 6 months operational at oct 2011). Location is convenient, easy to find, safe enough. The proprietors and receptionists are very friendly. With daily breakfast but no coffee. No daily housekeeping so dishes piled up in the room. No daily change/supply of towels, toiletries. Water supply and pressure were strong, toilets were clean. AC was not cool enough. Room had cable TV. Overall, great value for money, especially for backpacker types.
