We made a booking through Traveller's Point. Some confusion on the booking confirmation as it says "Breakfast is included" & then later in the same confirmation it says "Breakfast is not included". In any case, we were travelling from Nasca during a miners strike & we were arriving later than usual due to bus problems. We communicated the change through email. Another couple travelling with us phoned to make a reservation (private double) & advised we would be arriving late. When the 4 of us arrived, neither of us had a room - so we had to share a room with 4 beds, which they initially wanted to charge us more for. Needless to say we were not impressed.
