Two stylish and picturesque apartments (with separate bedroom for 2 or 3 persons) in Dreimühlen Area, one the nicest in Munich, about 10 walking minutes from the Oktoberfest fairground (3min by bus) and 2 Student rooms (budget private singles) in the owners´s apartment in Schwanthalerhöhe Area, really close to the Oktoberfest.
Dreimühlen Area: Old style building, completely renovated in 2006, both apartments are located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
You will meet the owners of the apartments at check in and at check out to refund deposit.
Schwantahlerhöhe Area: The student rooms (budget private singles) are in the apartment of the owners (they also live there!) in the Tulbeckstr. 39 and is the perfect place to stay for your Oktoberfest experience.

- The full prepayment is required, you will have to proceed to the payment of the balance due through Paypal. It is not refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
1 apartment for 3 persons:
It consists of nice kitchen (former wall between living room and kitchen was taken away), very colourful rooms, full of light.
In the living room part you have a sleeping sofa.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view to the inner courtyard with old beautiful tree for shade.
The sleeping room has 22 qm and 2 persons can sleep there.
TV and telephone can be used, as well as all the kitchen facilities.
1 apartment for 2 persons (1 bed room):

The living room has 16qm and there is the option of another sofa. The smaller room (10,5 qm) is simply furnished (bed and wardrobe)
2 budget private singles (apartment shared with the owners!)
From Munich main train station Metro Bus 58 (direction Silbernhornstr.) to the stop called (Kapuzinertsr.), from there walk the down for about 210 m and turn right into the Isartalstr.
After 230 m you will find the Dreimühlenstr. 10 after 70 m.
Munich International is 40 min away by car
Head south on Terminal C toward Terminalstraße West 160 m
Turn right onto Terminalstraße West 450 m
Take the ramp 300 m
Continue straight 1.4 km
Continue straight onto St2584 2.7 km
Take the ramp onto A92 8.2 km
Take exit 4 toward A9 400 m
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Salzburg/München 1.7 km
Follow signs for München/A9 and merge onto A9 16.7 km
Take the exit on the left onto B2R 3.1 km
Exit onto Ifflandstraße 1.0 km
Continue onto Widenmayerstraße 210 m
Continue onto Emil-Riedel-Straße 350 m
Continue onto Oettingenstraße 550 m
Continue onto Sternstraße 400 m
Continue onto Steinsdorfstraße 650 m
Continue onto Erhardtstraße 800 m
Erhardtstraße turns slightly left and becomes Auenstraße 1.3 km
Turn right onto Isartalstraße 170 m
Take the 1st left onto Dreimühlenstraße
Destination will be on the right
Fron the Munich Train Station, Tram 18 or 19 (direction: Pasinger Marienplatz) till Trappentreustrasse. From there get the Trappentreustrasse and turn left into Tulbeckstr.
