The villa is situated in a quiet area in the city, near the mountain, just 4 minutes to drive from the historical center of Brasov, 5 minutes from the civic center of Brasov and 20 minutes to the nearest ski slope - Poiana Brasov.

By contrast to the current atmosphere of hotels and hostels, our villa has been designed to meet every requirements, it is a place full of personality, that ensure privacy and comfort of all our customers.

The villa has its own courtyard for parking, monitored by video cameras for your own security. It is the ideal place to come with the family, because the villa has its own courtyard where children can play and it is easy to watch them. The access to the courtyard of the villa, in the parking area, and also in the villa is made electronically (on remote) to provide 100% safety of our customers.

The villa has 6 suites (2 on each floor) modern furnished, carefully in harmony with a modern and elegant style of the building, to provide maximum comfort and to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, personalized by design and great view. Here you find the space and privacy, for your business or tourist travel replacing the classic high standard hotel rooms, with a big apartment (60 square meters), where you have your own large and bright living room, matrimonial bedroom, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, including appliances, bathroom with marble and granite. To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay, we equipped every apartment with LCD TVs connected to cable television, internet wireless, telephone, refrigerator, coffee maker, bread toaster, microwave, own heating system for each apartment.
