The first time was Ok for 1 A/C air con room/ 3 pax. It's deal for room with this rate, but for this time I booked 5 A/C rooms ,staff gave us only 4 rooms, one room door with locker must be fixed so we change to new fan room. If I didn't go with big group I would change to new hotels near malioboro.

it is located in the center of Jogja. Very near to city center and 1-1.5 hours drive to historic places. Many travel agents to book your tour packages. Many restaurants and eating places. Many becaks. And a lot of tourists staying here, so you want feel alienated.
Reasonable price and u get everything here including internet access and money changer....
only drawback is crowded and busy....not a place to relax....

Great location, rooms were okay, good value for money. Very friendly staff. I also recommend Bintang restaurant which is owned by the same people - great food and beer excellent value and live music.
