We stayed in an Ocean View Villa (with private pool) for 15 days, and could have stayed longer!
HoiAn is completely relaxing and this resort was perfect. The private beach had sun loungers under umbrellas and palm trees and a lifeguard. The pools were also supervised and had bar service available. At each pool there was also a shallow kiddy pool. Towels were provided at each pool, and could be taken to the beach.
Our villa was 2 storey with the master bedroom upstairs and 2 twin beds downstairs in the open plan living room. This was not perfect as it meant we had to tip toe around once the kids were asleep. We had a minibar fridge, which we restocked with our supplies. Our pool was about 10m long.
The villa was made up fresh each day by a most efficient team, and in addition to complimentary drinking water a fruit plate was delivered each afternoon.
Breakfast was included, and although it was the basically the same each day there was a huge selection and a seemingly endless supply of tropical fruit, especially passionfruit! The baguettes were baked on site and were delicious. The restaurant and bar food was adequate, but a bit expensive compared to the fabulous food in town.
The resort had a bus service into HoiAn and pick up roughly every two hours. The first bus left at 10am, and the last one returned leaving HoiAn at 9.15pm.
There was also a spa, which was lovely but a bit expensive. We didn't use half the facilities on offer, but had a super relaxing holiday!
