PRINCE VALLEY GUEST HOUSE is a one hour drive from the city of Kingston in the beautiful Blue Mountains. It consists of four units.
MAIN GUESTHOUSE UNIT 1* is spacious and basic. Bedroom with two queen size beds and one single bed. Adjoining room with sitting area and table. Private bath. Morning coffee, toast and seasonal fruit included. $40US per person per night.
GUEST UNIT 2 has two double beds, private bath, small refrigerator and covered veranda. Morning coffee, toast and seasonal fruit included. $35US per person per night.
GUEST UNIT 3 has one single bed, couch and private bath. Morning coffee, toast and seasonal fruit included. $35US per person per night.
TREEHOUSE - GUEST UNIT 4. This unit is built into our Mango tree! Has double bed, private bath. Morning coffee, toast and seasonal fruit included. $40US per person per night.
All the verandas at Prince Valley look out upon the beautiful mountains and the small modest coffee farm that lies below. Each room has access to a veranda.
We are a backpackers delight...offering you a place to completely relax, sip some of the best coffee on the planet and enjoy the beauty of nature!
We are a short drive down the road from Hollywell National Recreation Park and some of the best hiking in the Blue Mountains!
Linens and towels are provided (*microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker and toaster are only available in main guesthouse unit). Morning coffee, bun and seasonal fruit is included. There are no kitchen facilities but food is available locally. We can provide simple evening meals upon request for a small fee. Parking is available.

We are a short drive down the road from Hollywell National Recreation Park and some of the best hiking trails in the Blue Mountains! Tour a local coffee plantation or factory. 1.25 hour drive to the closest beach.
