There are 2 sofa beds in the expansive living room enabling this property to sleep 6 persons comfortably. The dining area has sceneic views accross the lake and ample dining setaing for 6 person. There is a well-equipped kitchen complete with electric coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, and a family bathroom with a mixer-shower in the bath. Separate WC. This property is located in the 3rd floor with lift. Ther is no parkingallocated to this property howeverparking can be provided 1 mile away from the property at £3.60 per day and must be requested in advance.

Please note:

The accommodation provider will charge your credit card with 50% of the total amount after booking Online. Cancellations are free of charge 72 hours prior arrival-late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first night stay. Cancellations before 72 hours will be refunded the 50% downpayment.

1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed rental price will be refunded

2. Cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be made

3. No Show on the designated arrival date and time specified will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. No refund will be made

4. An administration charge of 10% of the final agreed rental price will be deducted from any refunds made

5. The Owner and Owners representatives reserve the right to enforce said cancellation policy in its strictest terms. It is therefore highly recommended that an adequate holiday insurance policy is taken out by the guest in the event of any cancellations / arising.

6.Refunds will be conducted within 14 working days.
