We can book all your tours promising the lowest prices and best advice so you can have the time of your life. We know Cairns and Tropical North Queensland as well, so get your introduction to the East Coast with us. Our price guarantee to you is that we will refund the price difference plus 10% if you find a lower price elsewhere for the same tour.
Asylum Sydney does not provide refunds but you can move your booking to another date. Bedroom configurations may also change from time to time to cope with demand.
6-bed, 4-bed or 2-bed rooms available, some with ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms are individual with hot water and good showers, some with bathtubs. Free ADSL2+ Internet is available from several computers in our common room, which also has a modest library of guide-books and a 52in flat screen tv for dvd nights. Free breakfast is served daily in our kitchen and guests are welcome to use our barbeque facilities in our backyard.
AT AIRPORTS. Contact Sydney Shuttle Bus drivers to take you to Asylum Sydney. Cost is AUD12 each. They can also be contacted through the free-call telephones available at both arrival halls. Shuttle takes approx. 30-60 minutes depending on traffic.
TRAIN is also available from the airport and costs approx. AUD13.50, with a change of train required at central station for the Eastern Suburbs line, stopping at Kings Cross Station. Train takes approx. 30-45 minutes.
TAXI costs AUD30-45 depending on traffic.
***Please note that there will be a surcharge of AUD$30 per person over the prices of accommodation on Christmas Eve and day and AUD$100 per person on new year eve and day if the increase in prices are not shown in the rates.***
***Please also note the the hostel does not provide refunds once the stay has commenced even though you choose to check out early.***
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BOOKING CONDITIONS
Asylum Sydney will charge your credit card the full amount of your stay for 10 nights on 1st December before your stay. As this is the busiest period, there will be no refund or cancellation allowed after this date for your Christmas and New Year bookings.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
