Welcome to Venice Flats, a group of Apartments which lie close to the main station of Venice, the so called Venice St.Lucia, nearby Riva de Biaso, or close to the Jewish Ghetto of Venice and Lista di Spagna. Apartments can host two persons, three persons, four persons or also six persons, therefore are suitable for families and group of friend.

Please note we require a three night minimum stay and breakfast is not included

Our nice Venice Flats lie all over Venice, mainly close to St.Lucia train station; they are suitable for you all, and gives you the possibility to enjoy Venice without being disturbed by anybody. Check in time has to be made at Albergo Marin, whose address is the same given to this structure: there you meet our staff who will come straight to the apartment with you.

Check in time: from 14.00 to 19.00 - In case of late arrivals it's mandatory to advsie the property, which has the right to charge you additional 30.00 euro for late check in. Anyhow we always require you to inform us about expected time of arrival

Check out time: before 12.00

Minimum stay: 3 nights

All apartments have airconditioning, no breakfast included in price

From Piazzale Roma (you arrive here from both Marco Polo airport VCE and Treviso airport TSG):

- Follow signs for Ferrovia.

- After San Simeon Piccolo church, turn right and follow the street.

- Following the street, you will turn right twice more before reaching the hotel.

From Ferrovia (rail station):

- Upon exiting the rail station, cross the bridge on your left.

- Once over the bridge, turn right and the immediately turn left.

- Following the street, you will turn right twice more before reaching the hotel.
