The location is very good. It's near the tube station and just a few minutes from Westminster. There is a number of restaurants, supermarkets and other local commerce/business nearby. The facilities are clean and confortable. Some of the rooms are a bit too small and needing some improvements, but the hotel is being refurbished. Other rooms are quite large and have a micorwave oven and a refrigerator. The area is peaceful and agreable. The service is basicaly the cleaning of the rooms. It works ok if you're not hoping for more.

The porter of the day of arrival very good service (a man).
The second day we found our room opened (we suposed after cleaning the room, and that it was a carelessness), and the window was opened too and the store (curtain) was in the floor. When we request the porter for help (this day a young man), he was not very kind and didn't help us, even he didn't want to came to the room to help us to put the store (curtain) in the right place. Finally I have to repair the store (put it in the right place, hang it) and write a note to the people who cleaned the room to remember close the door after their work.
The room was reformed recently. Very good cleaning everyday, change towels... Quiet place.
Good place to stay and very good comunicated.
We recomend it. We hope after refurbishment it is goint to be better.
