Art Deco Suites offers the ardent Traveler affordable short to long term furnished apartments in the vibrant heart of Downtown Cancun. We are a smoke free establishment (smoking is only allowed in a designated area at the front of the property). Rates are given in USD (United States Dollars) but payable in MXN (Mexican Pesos). A fully refundable damage deposit of $465 USD is required to rent our apartments.

This unique establishment has recently been extensively remodeled in Art Deco Style to provide modern, fully equipped, stylistic studio apartments. We have made every effort to provide you with all the modern comforts within a pleasing aesthetic environment. Art Deco Suites welcomes you to experience all we have to offer in our carefully created ambience of curves, lines and harmonious pastels palette.

We are very centrally located in the Historic Downtown area of Cancun, and offer secure fully-gated lodging with parking space if required. Art Deco Suites is comprised of a main building with seven unique studio apartments, and in the rear of the property are an additional eight studios, and a beautifully landscaped private courtyard. Each internet enabled studio apartment is available for short or long term.

The courtyard enjoys secluded sunlight and provides a communal area for guests to relax and socialize, it includes a dining area and a lounging area, with a large BBQ for those who wish to ‘cook-out’. Each suite is tastefully decorated with quality, contemporary furnishing and offers single, twin or queen beds, small kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The main building houses a fully equipped communal kitchen and laundry room, and all linens and towels are provided. A fully refundable damage deposit is required equal to $465 USD.

The studios are fully equipped studio apartments with single, full, or queen size beds, kitchenette area and bathroom. All the studios have been recently built and offer modern, tasteful décor designed to the highest standards.

Each studio apartment comes with a chest of drawers, hanging closet, an orthopedic mattress, mattress cover, quality Egyptian cotton sheets, blankets, pillows, and a High Definition 22" flat panel TV.

The Kitchenette is equipped with a mini bar refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bathroom is provided with a full set of towels.

All windows have double glass and are sound proof.

Air Conditioning and ceiling fan.

Recessed lighting and lofty 10 foot ceilings.

Black out window treatments are also available at no charge, just ask.

The front of the building has gated parking for 4 cars and is for the exclusive use of residents.

There are laundry facilities on site for a small charge. and there is a full kitchen on site with a gas stove for your use.

Spa and beauty treatments can be arranged with an excellent beauty and massage therapist by speaking to the Manager.

Art Deco Suites can provide translation and a secretarial service. Residents are from all over the world, and the manager, who speaks fluent English, is happy to assist you in anything you may require.

The central ADO bus station is a 3 minute walk from your front door, and taxis can be hailed from the street in front of building. From the airport, there is a bus departing every 30 minutes at a cost of $3.00 that will quickly bring you to the ADO station - service is both ways. There are porters at the bus terminal that can carry your bags to Art Deco Suites for a small tip (about $2.00). If you provide your flight arrival information, we are happy to meet you at the bus terminal and walk you to your Suite at no additional charge. We are here to help you.

Take the 1st class bus from airport for about $3.00 USD, they leave every 30 minutes, and 20 minutes later you will be at the Central Bus Terminal. From there, it's an easy 3 minute walk to Art Deco Suites. Taxi is another option, but that is $60.00 USD and also takes 20 minutes from airport.
