About Woodlands

Just 40 minutes from Shannon Airport, or 30 minutes from Galway City, our B&B is centrally located for an overnight stop or longer stay.

Woodlands can offer the weary traveller or enthusiastic tourist, a comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere with bountiful facilities and amenities nearby.

Our Bed & Breakfast also has scenic views of Garryland, which is part of the famous Coole woods.

Woodlands B&B consists of 3 guest rooms, two double rooms and one family room with double and a single bed. Choose from en suite rooms and a standard room with a bathroom in the hall. All rooms have hairdryers, clock radio and electric blankets. There is a comfortable T.V. Lounge with an open fire to relax beside after a hard days site-seeing. We are happy to serve tea or coffee at anytime. Experience Irish home cooking from our extensive breakfast menu.

Fishing is available on proprietor's own land, (great 'Trout, Pike and Trench' fishing), as is Hunting / Shooting.

Woodlands has a private car park, garden and children's play area for guests use.

We are happy to pick you up from the local towns of Kinvara and Gort and to help you plan your holiday. Woodlands is also a family friendly B&B and we provide a babysitting service if you want a night off.
