This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The room/bathroom was unclean and extremely cold. The room was very dimly lit and the water knob had to be held down constantly or it would not work. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

This hostel was an easy walk to the center of town and very close to the bus/train station. They were very helpful in setting up day trips to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Rooms were quite small and the hostel attracted a different crowd than the normal hostels. Because there are private rooms and hostel rooms, there were several families and large groups staying here. Free wi-fi was a benefit and the kitchen was open for anyone's use. My biggest problem here were the other people staying in my room. Each night there were several very drunk people (different people each night) coming in at 3 or 4 a.m., bloody from fighting and not very considerate. A good value for the price, but there are many small hotels that might be a better alternative.
